Will you make me do something I don’t want to do?

Hypnotherapy

No, you are in control at all times and you can bring yourself out of hypnosis at any time you choose.  Hypnosis cannot be used to control someone’s thoughts or actions.

Should someone ask you to do something which you do not wish to do, or which is against your own moral standards, you would ignore the suggestion and immediately bring yourself out of hypnosis. (Stage shows are not all they seem and take place under very different circumstances.)

As a professional therapist, Sue will make sure that the session reflects your needs and goals, and is positive and comfortable.  This is where experience comes in…Sue has worked with thousands of clients since 2005 and adapts each session to the client

Psychotherapy

The release of emotion and sorting of emotional events can be hard work.  Sue will make sure that you feel supported throughout your therapy and that you leave the building feeling calm and ready to get on with your day.

Applied Psychology (Relaxed Living Programme)

Sue gently supports you to learn alternative ways of thinking and seeing situations.  The techniques she offers are easy to learn (7 year olds use some of them) and will become second nature very quickly.  Hypnotherapy is possible but not often used in this programme
